    1. You cannot attach files directly to the blogs.
    2. Select any hosting service for hosting of the files like Google/Yahoo groups(you already have the account.),Google Site or other sites mentioned in the link.
    3. Upload files to one of the sites, get the link & post this link on the blog spot.You can create tiny url also.
